The ARC Barb-Spout

The ARC barb-spout features two innovative & improved design features that produce increases in sap yield:

The shorter barbed barrel taps into the outermost rings of xylem which has the most highly conductive region of sap and contains the highest concentration of stored sugar. The series of barbs along the shaft anchor the spout tightly within the wood and bark tissues and reduces the probability of spout heaving during deep freeze periods. 


The ARC provides for a smooth flow of sap, lowers the chance of blockage, and reduces head pressure loss by about 50% compared to a 90-degree fitting.

The ARC Smooth Spout is an economical better spout at a better price. It is available in either nylon or polycarbonate in a variety of colors.

 

The ARC provides for a smooth flow of sap, lowers the chance of blockage, and reduces head pressure loss by about 50% compared to a 90-degree fitting.

The ARC-Tee provides for smooth flow of sap, less turbulence, lowers the chance of blockage, and reduces pressure head loss by about 50% compared to a 90-degree tree.

The ARC-Dead End Tee

The ARC Dead-End Tee Provides for a smooth flow of sap, less turbulence, lowers the chance of blockage, and reduces head pressure loss be about 50% compared to a 90-degree tee.

This product functions on either side of the tree. Directional ARC reduces the risk of a wrong tubing connection to the blocked entrance. 

The Hooked Straight Connector

The Hooked Straight Connector is Designed with a wider body for tubing tool grip. Beveled ID entrances provide a better flow with less friction and turbulence.

The End Ring

The End Ring is designed with a wider ring width for better retention of the tubing when tightening. Side posts provide ese of use with tubing tools.
